How to create a CPF-eligible training program
Updated
Making a training program eligible for the CPF requires that it prepares for an active certification registered in the RNCP or the Répertoire Spécifique, that the organization is Qualiopi-certified, and that it lists the offering on Mon Compte Formation as a certifier or as a partner authorized by a certifier. Eligibility depends not on content alone but on the link to a recognized certification. The holder's flat contribution, 150 euros per file since 2 April 2026 unless topped up, is now part of the pricing equation.
The certification condition
A training program is not CPF-eligible in itself: it is its link to an active certification that opens financing. The certification must be registered in the RNCP, for an occupation, or in the Répertoire Spécifique, for complementary competencies, and must be currently valid. Without an active linked certification, no CPF eligibility is possible.
Being certifier or partner
The organization that holds the certification is the certifier. Other organizations can deliver training preparing for that certification if they are authorized by the certifier through an authorization agreement. This relationship conditions the right to list the offering on Mon Compte Formation. Qualiopi certification is also a prerequisite for listing.
Listing and pricing on Mon Compte Formation
Listing is done on the EDOF platform. The offering must display compliant information and results indicators. Pricing is framed and monitored, with abuses potentially resulting in de-listing. With the flat contribution, raised to 150 euros per file on 2 April 2026, the holder contributes to the cost unless covered by a third party, which modifies the purchasing decision and must be factored into the pricing positioning.
