Data collected
We only collect data that you voluntarily provide through the site's forms (contact, guide downloads, training diagnostic): name, email, phone, company where applicable, and project description. This data is stored in HubSpot, our relationship management tool, whose servers may be located outside the European Union, and is used to respond to your request.
Origin of your visit
When you submit a form, we attach the origin of your visit: campaign parameters in the page address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), the site you came from, the landing page and the date. With your consent to audience measurement, this information is kept in your browser (local storage) for up to 13 months, to link your request to your first visit. The Google Ads click identifier (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) is only kept and sent with your consent to the “Marketing & personalized advertising” category. Without consent, nothing is kept in your browser.
Applications
When you apply through the Careers page, we process your identity, contact details, LinkedIn profile if provided, CV and message, in order to review your application and contact you. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request. This data is stored in HubSpot, our relationship management tool, whose servers may be located outside the European Union; CVs are stored with private access. It is kept for two years after our last exchange, then deleted. You can ask for its deletion at any time at contact@mentivis.com.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics to measure site audience. The _ga, _gid and _gat cookies are placed with your consent. You can change your preferences at any time via the Cookies button at the bottom of the page.
Advertising measurement and prospecting
With your consent to the “Marketing & personalized advertising” category of the cookie banner, advertising trackers are placed: Google Ads, to measure conversions from our ads and for personalized advertising (remarketing), and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, to measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn campaigns, produce audience statistics and enable retargeting. Without this consent, these trackers are not placed. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookies button at the bottom of the page.
LinkedIn forms
When you fill in a Mentivis form on LinkedIn (Lead Gen Forms), LinkedIn sends us the data you chose to share: first name, last name, email, job title, company and answers to the form's questions. Purpose: to respond to your request (call back, conversation, demo, diagnostic) and send you related information. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, or your consent. Recipients: Mentivis and its technical processors, for example Brevo for sending emails. This data is kept for 3 years after our last contact. You can exercise your rights at contact@mentivis.com.
Retention period
Contact data is kept for a maximum of 13 months. Data received through LinkedIn forms is kept for 3 years after our last contact. Analytics cookies and information on the origin of your visit are kept for 13 months.
